Questions Before Your Visit

Choose Your Vietnamese Meal with Confidence

Find practical details about pho broth, fish sauce, portion sizes, allergies, and table requests.

Does requesting a table confirm my booking?

No. Send the day, time, and party size you prefer. Our team will call to confirm availability before arranging the table.

Which pho broth is used for each bowl?

Beef pho uses beef broth, chicken pho uses chicken broth, and mushroom tofu pho uses vegetable broth without fish sauce. Each bowl has its own listed ingredients.

Are the fresh rolls sold whole or halved?

Each fresh-roll portion is two rolls cut in half, so the plate has four halves. Shrimp rolls have peanut sauce; tofu rolls have soy ginger dip.

Does the rice plate price include rice?

Yes. The pork, ginger chicken, and caramel fish rice plates include rice and their listed accompaniments. The separate jasmine rice side is an additional portion.

Can a vegetable dish contain fish sauce?

Yes. Sauces and dressings need checking, even when a dish is mostly vegetables. Tell the team your dietary needs and ask about the exact recipe and shared preparation.

What should I tell you about allergies?

Speak with us before ordering about ingredients you avoid. Peanuts, soy, wheat, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame, and milk appear across different dishes and drinks.
